Information you provide

When you send a professional inquiry, we collect the name, email address, and any optional phone number, location, program interest, preferred start date, professional background, or message you choose to provide.

How your inquiry is used

Your inquiry is stored in Daisy Academy’s Wix Forms dashboard. Your name and contact details may also be added to its Wix contact records so Cecilia Duncan can respond, answer questions, and discuss the programs or professional services you requested. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a course, create a student login, collect a payment, or subscribe you to promotional emails.

Storage and access

Wix provides the website hosting, form processing, and contact management services used for these inquiries. Submission records are available to the site owner and authorized collaborators. Wix may also process technical information needed to operate and protect these services. This form uses a temporary visitor session to send your inquiry; it does not require an account.

Your choices

Only your name and email address are required. You can ask about your inquiry record or request a correction or deletion by emailing info@daisydoulas.com.

Please use this form for professional education and business inquiries. Do not include patient records, medical details about clients, payment-card information, or other sensitive documents.

Student accounts and coursework

Student sign-in and enrollment records use Wix. When you create or use a student account, Wix processes the account details needed to authenticate you. The student area retrieves course enrollment and progress information for the signed-in member. Coursework submitted through Online Programs is available to the Academy’s authorized reviewers.

The student area keeps sign-in information in this browser tab’s session storage. Sign out on shared devices. Creating an account does not enroll you, reserve a place, or authorize a payment. For account or coursework questions and correction or deletion requests, email info@daisydoulas.com.
